We deliver worldwide. Please note that customs fees may apply for deliveries outside the Schengen area. These costs, if they occur, remain at your charge.
Orders to Metropolitan France and Corsica placed before noon leave the same day, otherwise the next day. This delay is indicative and valid except for exceptional periods such as the end of year holidays.
Metropolitan France :
Mondial Relay : Delivery for 4,9€ in 4 to 7 working days
Colissimo : Delivery for 6,90€ in 2 to 3 working days
Chronopost : Delivery for 14,90€ in 1 working day
Chronopost: delivery at 14,90€ in 3 to 5 working days on average.
Outside the European Union :
Chronopost : delivery at 14,90€ in 15 working days on average.
The tracking number of your shipment will be communicated to you by email, once the package is taken care of by the selected carrier.
If you have chosen the Mondial Relay delivery, you will have 14 days to withdraw your package from its availability at the selected relay point. After this period, the package will be automatically returned to us.
In accordance with the Code of the Consumption, you have the legal time of retractation of 14 days as from the reception of your parcel to announce us your wish to return the products Pixter ordered on this site.
You can also ask us for a return in case of an incident on one of our products products, covered by the warranty of this one.

In case of problem with your order and if you wish to return all or part of its contents, here are the steps to follow:
Merci dans un premier temps d'envoyer un e-mail avec votre numéro de commande à l'adresse firstname.lastname@example.org. Les retours sans e-mail ne seront pas traités et ne pourront s'accompagner d'un remboursement.
Ensuite, connectez-vous à votre compte Pixter. Si vous n'en avez pas, vous devez le créer avec la même adresse e-mail que vous avez utilisé au moment de l'achat.
In your account on the order in question is a return form to download and print. Once completed you can put it in the package.
To be returned to us, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, as well as all accessories.
Carefully pack the items to be returned and mail it to the address indicated on the return form.
Once the return is received, we will check its condition and conformity. If the conditions of return are respected, we can then proceed to the refund or the exchange according to the solution which you will have agreed with the Customer service.
The refund is made through the payment method used at the time of order and requires a maximum of 48 hours for a Paypal transaction and 10 days for a bank transaction.
